AND ALSO DOES THE VITAMINS WORK GOOD FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS AND IS THERE ANY AFRICAN AMERICANS OUT THERE THAT TAKE THIS PILLS.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Well, I'd be careful with that, you can overdose on certain vitamins, and it is a waste of time taking more then needed cause a lot of them don't get stored in the body. I don't think any vitamin will make your hair grow faster.

The pills don't work trust me I ask my brother in law he is a doctor I asked if they would work and he told me no. Just eat a lot of greens and ur good. Take just regular vitamins that should speed up the process.

Just take the prenatal vitamins.they will work for your hair,skin,and nails as well as balance out your hormones making P.M.S more tolerable.Taking the other stuff with it would just be a waste of time and i'm pretty sure they don't work.
