yes, just the smell might make you feel sick. I have had 3 children and you hear crazy stuff but my hair dresser said its all bull. Perm your hair you will be fine.

Yes you can, but make sure your stylist washes out your perm completely, my stylists' hair fell out because someone didn't wash her perm out all the way.
