Does anyone know any products to regrow hair on the sides of your head or any techniques? I am african-american...

Hair breakage on temples?

Breakage around the temple area is very common due to sunglasses, headbands and pulling your hair back tight etc. rubbing and pulling on the hair and eventually breaking the hair. As with breakage it just takes time to grow it back. Hair grows about 1/4-1/2 an inch per month. The best thing that you can do to prevent the breakage in that area is to stop using anything like headbands or anything that rubs or pulls on that part of your head, also make sure you use a really good conditioner like Cholesterol. Hope This Helps

simple massage. Breakage in this area is usually from braiding hair too tight or ulling hair back too tight. Be gentle when combing and brushing this area. You can apply some moisturizing hair oil whenn massaging.

I have the same problem there with breakage, I think its from sleeping on it, since I am a side sleeper, because mine breaks no where near my pony tail
