Well not to knock their product but Revlon is definately geared toward a caucasian consumer...You should use a relaxer by either Motions or if you want less chemicals use the perm by the Organic Root people called Olive Oil (I use that one) and it does not have lye in it. That one comes with everything you need (nuetralizing shampoo, condidtioner, and a moisterizer, it will leave you hair feeling silky and bouncy...make sure you are washing out the perm GOOD...and make sure to get your ends clipped. Hope this helps...Good luck

First, you have to make sure that you are only relaxing the next growth--not the whole head. You are probably leaving relaxer in the middle/back of your head. How often are you relaxing? The instructions on the box says 6-8 weeks, but I relax every 10 weeks. Definatley cut your ends and condition. Its will grow back.

Like the young lady said in the other reply- you problem left it on too long. I think if you did it yourself you problem didn't rinse it all out. Cut the dead ends and use a good conditions. Condition and wash your hair every two weeks or try to at least.

If you did went to the shop and that happen talk to the hair dresser and ask her to change the relaxer that she is using on you.

Go to the beauty supply and get an extra bottle of that shampoo that stops the relaxing process.

Wash your hair and rinse it extra well, especially in that back part, with the shampoo after you are finished relaxing. If your hair is thick or long, you need extra neutralizing, more than the little bit of shampoo they give you in the package.

what the h### are you using that product for, look for your own ethnic products, that's why your hair is breaking off., what does Revlon know about your hair...girlfriend you are lucky you still have 2 inches left back there...do yourself a favor treat yourself to a salon, once or twice and start asking questions...this is how we learn the sisters will guide you in the right direction, stop messing with the chemicals before you go bald...it does not matter where your hair is breaking it is obvious it is over processed and you need to start fresh....good luck
