Frizzy hair!?

well i'm African american and i have chemically relaxed hair. But it keeps frizzing up(even after a perm) I tried to blow-dry it then flat iron it but a few hours later my hair poofed out!I use straitning products but it still dount work!

there are lots of products out that you can get. i use sunsilk anti-poof shampoo and conditioner. you can even follow up with the anti-poof 24/7 creme. washing your hair with cold water instead of hot and not blow drying your hair will help too. if you do have to blow dry or straiten your hair, get a protection spray for your hair b/c blow drying and straitening will dry your hair out and cause it to frizz more. also, dry the bottom layers of your hair first. good luck!
