I'm african american and I just can't seem to keep curls in my hair. I curl it with a curler and the curls are gone in an hour. What should I do? And what are the best products to use to keep the curls in?

Hi - after you curl a piece of your hair with the curler, twirl your finger around the curl so your hair stays that shape until it cools down. Do that with every section of hair you curl, and then spray with a curl boosting liquid gel. Hairspray isn't that great (makes hair go all crusty) so try and find a liquid gel.. They should be next to the hairsprays.
