What should do with my hair girls?

I am African, and my hair breaks alot. African girls' hair tend to be different from Black American girls. Are there any girls out there who know how to stop hair from breaking, and get it to grow long?

(I don't want to but any products)

Well,you can wear a sow-in hair weave,it makes your hair grow thicker,longer and stronger.

Also,when you are not wearing braids or weave ,grease your scalp and hair and wash it regularly.

Stay away from curling irons and straigther

dont die your hair

use a big comb to comb your hair when your hair is tangled

dont relax your hair too much ,it makes your hair fragile

eat healthy and drink lots of water

There are so many incredible products on the market that are inexpensive. It would be well worth it just to buy the right conditioning and protein enriched products, if you seriously want to see a difference and stop breakage.

Just buy 1 - 2 good products, as cheap shampoo, conditioner, etc., will only continue to worsen your problem. You need to add protein back to your hair, and ease up on thermal styling.
