You're not going to get long hair that soon naturally, but there are alternatives to your dilemma. There is hair extensions which can get expensive, hair weaving which can get expensive also. But if you're looking for a quick and temporary solution for now, you can go to a Sally's Beauty Supply store and get hair clips and pony tails and such then work them into a cute style. If you are not sure you can do this, check your phone book for beauty salo that specializes in African- American hair to help out. Or you could go to a cosmetology school that specializes in your type hair. There is schools, especially in the bigger cities, that does specialize in African-American hair. sweetie u have a few options but growing it down ya back isn't one right now. you can get all different kind of weaves/extentions, buit if you think that might damage your hair there are always hair pieces, and instead of wigs I'd recommend something called a *Quick Weave* it's something like a custom made modern day wig....look it up, they look real
