How long dose bleach last in your hair......?

well I am African American, And I just bleach my tips... Just wondering how long it takes before the bleach fads out.... And I get my normal hair color back???

Bleach does not just wear off, it is kind of like bleach on your clothes. In order for your hair to have no bleach in it you will need to cut off the the bleached areas. That is the only way to rid of the bleach. Or you can color over the bleached area with a color product close to color of your hair color. I went to school for cosmetology for two years and that's what I feel you should do!

i put blond streaks in my hair to try to get blue to show and their still in my head even when i dyed blue black over and this happen 3 types and when i put heat on it the color would show. in my opinnion u should just trim the ends little by little til ur hair grows back b/c their going 2 b their for a while.

you have to either dye over it or cut it out. Bleach is a process that takes the color out of your hair. ITs permanent. Sorry.

Bleach basically strips your hair of its color, it doesn't wash out...you have to color over it. I just bleached my hair to get rid of the dark brown I had. Bleach is permanent. Sorry :( You can dye over it next time you do your hair, but choose carefully because bleach is hard to color over. It is a very dominate color, you may want to go a few shades darker than your natural because it will fade. (depending on how much bleach you have in your hair)

Since you bleached your hair it won't fade. Bleaching completely removes the color pigment from your hair and what you're left with is probably a blondish color. But because you only did it to the tips if you don't like it, you could either dye them back to your original hair color or cut them off.

The bleach won't fade. You have taken the pigment out out of the hair. You can only color over them or cut them off. I'd recommend a chellophane or a demi. You can pick them up at Sally's.
