Ii didi this to my hair and....?

I'm 13 years old and i'm African American.I decided that I wanted to go Natural and I havent had a perm since August.My hair at the roots is really really puffy and wavy but the ends of my hair are still straight.Will that eventually get like the rest of my hair?and How long does it take to completly remove perm from you hair?

It takes a long time to grow out. If your hair has a natural wave then the roots will stay puffy and wavy. The weight of your hair will help straighten it.
